Falooda Recipe

  Ingredients for Falooda Recipe  Milk - 2 cups Rose syrup - 3 Table spoon  Sweet basil seeds - 2 Table spoon  Vanilla ice cream – 4 T spoon  Sugar - as required  Strawberry jam - 1/2 cup Vermicelli – 1/3 cup  (boiled)) Almond pistachio - 2 tea spoon (finely chopped) ) Falooda Recipe  How to Make Falooda ? ★ Keep the jam in deep freeze 2 hours before making falooda. Soak sweet basil  seeds in water for 1 hour. ★ Keep the milk boiling. Now after boiling the milk to 1 1/2 cups, turn off the gas and let the milk boil. ★ Now add sugar, 2 spoons rose syrup to the milk and keep the milk in the fridge for 1 hour after beating it well. ★ Now take a glass and put syrup in it first, then mash the jam and put it. After that add vermicelli and sweet basil  seeds, add half the milk to it, then add vanilla ice cream, pistachios, almonds. Falooda is ready. ★ You can also use Roohafza instead of Rose syrup.

Mango Pickle Ingredients       Raw mango - 3 cups (chopped)  Mustard oil - 1/4 cup Turmeric – 1 T spoon  Red chilli powder - 2 Table spoon  Fenugreek powder – Table spoon  Black cumin - 1/2 T spoon  Fennel powder – 1/4 cup Salt – 4 Table spoon  How to Make Mango Pickle Recipe  ★  Add salt and turmeric to the mango pieces and mix well. Now put mango pieces in a plate, cover with cloth and keep in sunlight for 4-6 hours. ★ Now put mango pieces in a bowl, now add black cumin, fennel powder, red chili powder, fenugreek powder, mustard  oil and mix it well. ★ Now put this mango mixture in a jar, cover it  with lid and keep it in the sun for 4-5 days. Finely chop almonds and pista. ★ Now boil the remaining milk. Now after boiling the milk to half, add the flour mixture mixed with the milk and cook for 5 minutes while stirring. ★ Now put 1/2 cup of water in sugar and keep it on the gas. Now after the sugar melts to form 1 string syrup, add paneer and mix.   Ingredients for Eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake Recipe  Maida - 2 cups Baking soda - 1/2 T spoon (Baking soda) Cream – 1 cup (Cream) or Makhan (Butter) Sugar powder - 1 cup Baking powder - 1 T spoon (Baking powder) Milk - 1 cup (Milk) Ghee - 1 T spoon (Ghee) Salt - 1/4 T spoon (Salt) Lemon juice - 1 T spoon (Lemon juice) Tutti Fruti – 1 T spoon Vanilla essence – 4 drops (Vanilla essence) How to Make Eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake Recipe  ★ Mix all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder in a bowl. ★ Put sugar, cream, milk, salt, lemon juice, vanilla essence in a separate vessel and beat it well, now add flour mixture to it and mix it well, now add tutti frutti and mix well. ★ Preheat the oven to 180 deg. BESAN DHOKLA RECIPIE

Start with gathering the basic ingredients and the spices you want to add to your chai. Heat up about 1 ⅓ cup of water in a pot on medium-high heat. (This is for 2 cups of chai) While water is heating, crush spices using a mortar and pestle or a coffee/spice grinder. Add the crushed spices to the water.
