Mango Pickle Ingredients
Raw mango - 3 cups (chopped)
Mustard oil - 1/4 cup
Turmeric – 1 T spoon
Red chilli powder - 2 Table spoon
Fenugreek powder – Table spoon
Black cumin - 1/2 T spoon
Fennel powder – 1/4 cup
Salt – 4 Table spoon
How to Make Mango Pickle Recipe
★ Add salt and turmeric to the mango pieces and mix well. Now put mango pieces in a plate, cover with cloth and keep in sunlight for 4-6 hours.
★ Now put mango pieces in a bowl, now add black cumin, fennel powder, red chili powder, fenugreek powder, mustard oil and mix it well.
★ Now put this mango mixture in a jar, cover it with lid and keep it in the sun for 4-5 days. Finally special mango pickle is ready.
