Egg Cutlet Recipe
Egg – 4
Potato – 3 – 4 (Potato)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 T spoon
Onion – 1
Green chilli - 2
Turmeric - 1/4 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 T spoon
Coriander powder - 1 T spoon
Garam masala powder - 1 T spoon
Bread Powder – 3/4 Cup
Coriander leaves - 2 Table spoon (finely chopped)
Salt - as per taste
Oil - according to the minority
How to Make Egg Cutlet Recipe
★ Finely chop the onion and green chili. Now boil 3 eggs and potatoes. After that remove the egg shell and cut it into 2 pieces. Now remove the peel of the potato and keep it mashed.
★ Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Now add finely chopped onion and green chili and cook it. After that add ginger garlic paste and cook. After the onion is cooked, add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix. Now add mashed potatoes to it and mix it well. Now add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
★ Now beat 1 egg little by little. Put bread powder in a plate and keep it.
★ Now after the potato mixture is broken, after the potato mixture is slightly raised, make a round shape by placing it in the middle of both the hands, pressing it lightly, make it like a bowl, now put a piece of chopped egg in it and keep the potato mixture from all sides and close the cylinder. Make it in the shape or shape of your choice, dip the beaten egg in the mixture, wrap it in bread powder and keep it in a plate. Similarly prepare all cutlets and keep them in a plate.
★ Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Now put one cutlet in it and fry it till it turns golden brown. Hot egg cutlet is ready.
