Maida - 2 cups
Baking soda - 1/2 T spoon (Baking soda)
Cream – 1 cup (Cream) or Makhan (Butter)
Sugar powder - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 T spoon (Baking powder)
Milk - 1 cup (Milk)
Ghee - 1 T spoon (Ghee)
Salt - 1/4 T spoon (Salt)
Lemon juice - 1 T spoon (Lemon juice)
Tutti Fruti – 1 T spoon
Vanilla essence – 4 drops (Vanilla essence)
How to Make Eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake Recipe
★ Mix all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder in a bowl.
★ Put sugar, cream, milk, salt, lemon juice, vanilla essence in a separate vessel and beat it well, now add flour mixture to it and mix it well, now add tutti frutti and mix well.
★ Preheat the oven to 180 deg. Grease ghee in cake baking bowl. Pour maida mixture and keep it in oven and bake for 30 mins. After 20 mins remove cake from baking bowl and keep it in a plate. Cut it in desired shape. Tasty Eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake is ready.
