This type of leadership style focuses on the boss. Here the leader keeps all the authority with himself. He makes decisions entirely at his own discretion without consulting his team. He communicates with his team and expects immediate implementation from them. He alone is responsible for his decisions. There is no relaxation of any kind in this style. Visionary leadership

This type of leader recognizes the talents and needs of his team members. He establishes a vision of success and makes collective efforts to achieve the desired result.

Coaching Leadership

A coaching leader constantly guides and supervises his team members to enhance performance. He motivates his team members and encourages them to work harder. This style of leadership is highly appreciated.

Facilitated Leadership

If the team is under-performing, an accessible leader helps his team members to run their work process efficiently by instructing them from time to time. If there is a high working team, the leader can also adopt a lighter approach to work.

Cross-Cultural Leadership

This type of leadership occurs when dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds. Many leaders working in different organizations in the United States are cross-cultural because people from different cultures are employed there.

Laissez-faire leadership

In this type of leadership style, the team members are given authority. All the team members are given freedom to work and there is no interference from the leader's side. This is not considered an effective leadership style.

Transactional leadership

This type of leadership process involves transactional work. In this process team members are honored and rewarded for correctly implementing the leader's ideas and decisions.

Charismatic leadership

In this type of style, the leader takes the time to change the beliefs, values and behavior of his followers in order to make his employees work better.
